to Jon Campbell, executive vice

committee. Paschall joins Wells

Top 50) from Marriott International
(No. 14), where she most recently
served as global diversity officer
and senior vice president of external affairs. Paschall is a graduate of
Howard University. She serves on

for ARAMARK. Before joining the
company in 2004 as vice president,
human resources for Education
Facility Services, Estrada worked
in a variety of HR roles at corpora-
tions including Time Warner (No.
28 in the DiversityInc Top 50) and
The Walt Disney Company (one
of DiversityInc’s 25 Noteworthy
Companies). She is an active
member of the National Hispanic
Corporate Council. Estrada earned
a bachelor’s degree from the
University of Arizona.

sion. She is responsible for oversee-
ing the company’s diversity and
inclusion efforts, including strategy,
communications, program develop-
ment and execution, and associate
resource groups. Kilo-Smith has
more than 20 years of HR experi-
ence. She holds a bachelor’s degree
from DePaul University and has
completed graduate-level courses
at Keller Graduate School. She
has also received her Certified
Diversity Professional credentials
from Cornell University.
