Dell made its entry onto The DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list his year at No. 30, but the company faces the significant challenge of promoting and
recruiting Blacks, Latinos and women in an
industry where the pipeline for that talent is
narrow, especially across the globe.
Lisa Mink, executive director, global diversity and
inclusion, brings her understanding of why it’s critical
for IT companies to help build the pipeline as early as
high school and college and to create inclusive envi-
ronments that foster collaboration and innovation.
