The biggest thing corporate America can do is to create jobs. We all know that people in urban
areas, people of color, are going to be disproportionately unemployed at a higher
rate than anyone else. You might be able
to affect 10 kids that are African American

If we don’t solve for the mix of talent in the pipeline, then we are all in our workplace continuing to just deal with the symptom
of the larger population. You can’t increase
reputation if it’s not already in the pipeline.
