• College Students: The college campus-based Leadership
Skills Development Program for College Accounting Seniors held in New York, Washington and Philadelphia prepares
students to enter the profession and the corporate environment.
• Early Staff Level: We’re About Success! is an annual 4-day
program for 125 African American early-career accountants from
about 15 firms that helps them increase confidence and competence, and to pass the CPA exam.

• Managers: Aspiring Leaders Development Institute
(ALDI) held annually in conjunction with NABA at the NABA
conference, helps new managers develop and hone leadership,
communication and management skills.
• Executives: Future Leaders Program is an ongoing three
year program to transform experienced managers into practice
leaders and managing partners. It features annual seminars with
ongoing teleconferencing and networking/support activities.
