When we started
in 1994, there were only 294 minority
business professors in the US. Today,
thanks in great part to the generosity
of our sponsors, there are 833
minority business professors and 380
minority doctoral students in the pipeline.
And those numbers are increasing everyday.
We all know the importance of a
diverse workforce. Without it, our
ideas become singular and
complacent. The PhD Project looks
to put an end to all that. We are an
alliance of foundations, corporations,
universities, and professional and
academic organizations dedicated to
increasing minority representation in
the business world. By creating
opportunities to get minority
professors up in front of the
classroom they will serve as role
models for the next generations to
come.

company or organization can make a

diversity in the business world,
