Fiona King illustrated “Four Strategies to Engage
Employees.” In 1976 King attended the Kootenay
School of Art in Nelson, British Columbia. After graduating she worked doing production, graphic design
and illustration. For the last 11 years she has focused
exclusively on illustration. She has also performed product and corporate work along with the publishing and
editorial assignments for clients as diverse as Addison-Wesley Publishing, Barron’s, Continental Airlines,
Harcourt Brace, Kimberly Clark, McGraw-Hill, Miller
Brewing Company, Perrier, Smithsonian, St. Martin's
Press, Sunset Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and
Wildlife Conservation Society. King currently resides in
McElmo Canyon near Cortez, Colo.
Eddie Guy illustrated “Top 50 Best Practices: Get in
Synch With Your Employees.” Born in Canada, Guy
received an MFA with honors from the School of
Visual Arts in New York City in 1986. His clients
include Nike, The Coca-Cola Co., Coors Brewing Co.
and AT&T. His work recently has become part of the
