Jamie B. Baldridge
was born May 24,
1975, in New Iberia,
La. After receiving his
BFA from Louisiana
State University in
2000, Baldridge worked
a string of commercial
photography jobs
including boudoir and
hotel-renovation photography. After attending the Pratt Institute
in New York he returned to Louisiana State University
to work on his MFA, which he completed in spring of
2005. Baldridge currently makes his living as an artist
and as an adjunct professor of Photography and
Digital Media at a variety of Louisiana universities.
His work has been exhibited widely and can be found
in numerous collections both public and private. He is
currently working on his first book. He resides in
Baton Rouge, La., with his wife, Natalie, and three

Cathy Gendron

director, she now produces paintings and
illustrations in Ann
Arbor, Mich. She has
also been a teacher for

the College for Creative
Studies in Detroit. Her

and newspapers and
has earned her awards

Communication Arts
and the Society of
Publication Designers.
