Recruitment and retention strategies were leading considerations when determining the top companies for Latino employees. We examined each company’s percentage of Latinos in
their new hires, management in three levels (including direct
reports to the CEO), promotion rates, retention rates, representation
in the top 10 percent highest-paid employees and board-of-director
representation. We also examined philanthropic commitment to
Latino organizations and supplier diversity.
