balance. These Top 10 companies stand out, as an average of 48
percent of their managers are female, compared with 42. 5 percent
of the Top 50 and 37. 2 percent of women nationwide.* It’s
important to note that of this top 10, 50 percent are financial-services companies, part of an industry that has been the pioneer
in careers for executive women and continues to lead the pack.
