diminish racial and ethnic disparities

Program, which helps reduce the
risk of premature births among
African-Americans. This initiative
provides women at risk with critical
prenatal information that can help
them have healthier pregnancies
and healthier babies. In some cases,
registered nurses will even make
home visits for one-on-one
